What sort of facilities will there be?
Liberty villages comprise far more than just housing. We base our communities around a Communal Hub featuring a range of amenities, to make life more enjoyable and inspiring – both indoors and outdoors. From brasseries and coffee shops to Wellbeing suites, each Liberty village will feature its own array of local services, in addition to those offered by the wider town area.
Will there be activities available?
We believe it is important for our residents to decide what type of activities they would like us to offer. At each village, the residents will be asked what activities they would like to see, and this will then develop as more and more residents move in.
We intend to offer options such as arts-and-crafts activities, knowledge sharing, exercise trails, social events and entertainment. Some activities may incur an additional cost.
Is there anywhere for my family and friends to stay?
In most of our developments we will provide Guest Suites for residents’ families and friends to use. There is a charge for using the suite, which can be booked via the General Manager.
Can I bring my pet?
We are happy for residents to have suitable pets. Before bringing your pet along, you must obtain written permission from the General Manager. There will also be specific pet owner guidelines to follow.

Smoking – including e-cigarettes – is not allowed in internal communal areas, but you are able to smoke in your own home.
Can I do some gardening?
We are as dedicated to providing a welcoming and attractive outdoor environment as we are to the homes themselves, and we will offer landscaped gardens and beautiful village features. We will certainly offer the opportunity to get involved in gardening, whether in your own private garden or one of our communal areas or vegetable patches.
Can I have Sky TV and/or broadband in my apartment?
Yes, there is the facility to install TV and broadband services, but you will have to cover the cost of installation and subscription yourself.
Is there a guarantee on a new Liberty home?
Yes. Every Liberty apartment and bungalow is covered by a 10-year NHBC build mark warranty.

Who will have access to the communal facilities?
The facilities are primarily for the use of the residents. However, families and friends are also welcome, and selected facilities will be open to the wider local community.
